The short version
In September 2025 Daniel Pronk questioned Oracle's jump after earnings. They called the odds of Oracle collecting its $300 billion in obligations from OpenAI extremely low and said the stock's valuation had expanded massively. In October 2025 they described Oracle's $38 billion in debt for OpenAI data centers as speculation. In November 2025 they said this debt-funded buildout could leave Oracle in a risky position. In December 2025 they suggested that Oracle was obscuring growth in cloud operating expenses. They saw no reason to own Oracle over the cheaper Amazon. Later that month they said the market had woken up to the risks they had raised earlier.

Daniel Pronk’s price target and valuation calls on ORCL
A price target, a fair-value estimate and a price worth buying at are different things. Each line below quotes which one was said, and when.
Valuation view
Oracle's long-term historical average price to operating cash flow is somewhere around 20. So investors are clearly getting hyped up by this earnings report and they're bidding…
Valuation view
And to put it simply, I see absolutely no reason why, at least in my my opinion, why someone would own Oracle over Amazon, especially when Amazon is trading for a cheaper multiple.

What Daniel Pronk said, when

— Risk acknowledged

10:16 “But when you dig into the real numbers and into the data, I think the chances of Oracle actually realizing this $300 billion in remaining performance obligations from OpenAI is extremely low. I think there's a much larger chance that investors are going to be let down here.”

How to read this
Quotes are short excerpts from Daniel Pronk's public YouTube videos, attributed to the speaker and linked to the timestamp. “Close that day” is ORCL's split-adjusted closing price on the day the video was published (New York time); if markets were closed that day, the last close before it. If the stock has split since a quote, the card shows the price it traded at that day and, beneath it, the split-adjusted close the % change uses. “Since” compares that close with the latest close on 2026-11-02. It is a price observation, not the creator's realized return, and not investment advice. How the price change is calculated. Next to it we show SPY, the ETF tracking the S&P 500, over the same two dates — so a move can be read against the market rather than on its own: why we compare with SPY. Each quote also carries a label — Named as a pick, Risk acknowledged, Reducing — describing what kind of statement it was: see what the labels mean.
